Descriptions of the Benefits in the Table Above:
Newsletter:
A mention of the Sponsor in the periodic newsletter sent by the Association to its mailing list. This mention will be made on the number of newsletters corresponding to your Sponsorship Level. It will contain the logo of the Sponsor and a clickable link to the Sponsor’s generally-available website. The Association will decide in its sole discretion in which newsletter to include the mention and when, on the other content of the newsletter and on the format (including, without limitation, size, color and font) and placement of each mention within the newsletter.
Social Media and Other Platforms:
A mention of the Sponsor in postings of the Association in other Platforms maintained by the Association. This mention will be made in the number of postings corresponding to your Sponsorship Level. It will contain the logo of the Sponsor and a clickable link to the Sponsor’s generally-available website. The Association will decide in its sole discretion in which postings and which Platforms to include the mention and when, on the other content of each posting and on the format (including, without limitation, size, color and font) and placement of each mention within each posting.
Individual Sponsor Page:
In the past, all sponsors’ logos were listed on a single “sponsor page” on the Website. The Sponsor will now have its own individual page on the Website (the “Sponsor Page”). All of these individual pages of all sponsors will be organized and listed in a browsable row (i.e., a “summary” or a “carousel” on Squarespace) (the “Sponsor List”) and Subscribers will be able click on the logo of the Sponsor (or other image representing the Sponsor’s page provided by the Sponsor) to be directed to the Sponsor Page. The location, size and appearance of the Sponsor List, as well as the order of the links on the Sponsor List, will be determined by the Association in its sole discretion. The Sponsor Page, as well as its contents, may be required to include disclaimers prescribed by the Association in its sole discretion.
The contents of the Sponsor Page will be Sponsor Content, provided by the Sponsor within the parameters defined by the Association, according to each Sponsorship Level. The following Sponsor Content is available to various Sponsorship Levels:
• Logo. Each Sponsorship Level allows for the Sponsor’s logo on the Sponsor Page (along with a link to the Sponsor’s own website) and the Sponsor List. Some Sponsorship Levels allow for the placement of the logo in the footer of each page of the Website, including the Virtual Library. The size and placement of the Sponsor’s logo will be determined by, and may be changed at any time by, the Association in its sole discretion.
• Video. Some Sponsorship Levels allow for the Sponsor to include in its Sponsor Page a pre- recorded video of a maximum length determined by its Sponsorship Level (the “Video”). These Videos shall be delivered by the Sponsor to the Association in the electronic format prescribed by the Association. The Association will specify in its sole discretion format, technical limits and other technical requirements for the Video and the Sponsor is solely responsible for meeting these requirements at its own cost and to deliver the Video in the format prescribed. While the Sponsor will design and remain
responsible for the content of the Video, the Association retains the right to approve the content of the Video and may reject any content, in each case in its sole discretion for any or no reason and consent may be later withdrawn or changed even if it was previously granted.
• Text. Each Sponsorship Levels allow for the Sponsor to provide texts on its Sponsor Page text of a maximum length determined by its Sponsorship Level (the “Text”). This Text shall be delivered by the Sponsor to the Association in the electronic format prescribed by the Association. While the Sponsor may suggest the format and location of the Text, the Association may ultimately specify in its sole discretion the font, size, color, format, location within the Sponsor Page and other requirements for the Text. While the Sponsor writes and remains responsible for the Text, the Association retains the right to approve the Text and may reject any content, in each case in its sole discretion for any or no reason and consent may be later withdrawn or changed even if it was previously granted.
Platinum Sponsor Add-Ons:
Platinum Sponsors are able to purchase, for an additional Sponsor Fee mention above, add-ons where they are specifically thanked within a video in our Video Library. These are short, verbal “thank yous” within a video that is part of our Virtual Library. The Association will decide in its sole discretion of the phrasing of such thanks, as well as its placing within the video and the video to be used. More than one sponsor may be thanked within a video. These will be included only in the videos when housed in the Virtual Library and made available to Subscribers and not if the same video, or extracts, are used on other Platforms or otherwise distributed to the general public.
Discounts on Additional Sponsorships:
The Sponsor will benefit from a discount that depends on their Sponsorship Level on the regular sponsorship fee of additional sponsorships for conferences and other virtual events held by the Association during the Sponsorship Term. While the Association typically holds several of these events each year, the Association does not guarantee that any such event will be held during any given year or that, if held, that the Association will offer sponsorship opportunities for such events. This discount may not be combined with any other discount offered by the Association on such sponsorship opportunities.
