The US Autism Association is proud to offer financial assistance so that a limited number of individuals or family members of individuals affected by autism can subscribe for no charge.  Please complete the application below.

The Video Streaming Library is intended to provide professionally curated, high-quality online resources to those who visit. Scholarship recipients will have access to the Video Streaming Library for twelve months, during which time they can view videos on-demand, and can even watch with their family or friends. High-quality online resources from many of the world’s top experts can aid scholarship recipients in navigating the world by providing information on essential topics such as therapies and interventions, legal and financial matters, education and the classroom, transition and coming of age, and much more.

What is the Video Streaming Library?

The US Autism Association’s Video Streaming Library is the world’s largest autism-focused streaming library of world-renowned experts. With 80+ streaming sessions just a click away, the Video Streaming Library features over 60 of the world’s most renowned and respected autism experts, all in one place.

What is the US Autism Association?

The US Autism Association is a registered 501(c)(3) non-profit organization for autism education, support, and resources. Our mission is to provide the information and resources to ensure that all individuals on the Autism Spectrum have the opportunity to achieve their fullest potential by expanding and enriching the Autism community through education, online training, published and electronic information and resources, and partnerships with local and national projects. How is the Video Streaming Library Scholarship program supported?

The program was introduced in 2022 thanks to a generous grant from Autism Speaks and Autism Speaks New England. Autism Speaks is an organization dedicated to promoting solutions, across the spectrum and throughout the life span, for the needs of individuals with autism and families. In the 2022-2023 inaugural program, 25 full scholarships have been funded - apply here.

Who is the ideal scholarship recipient?

There are only two requirements for scholarship recipients:

  1. You must be an individual or family member of an individual affected by autism.

  2. To receive an Autism Speaks-supported scholarship, you must be a resident (or member of a community in) Connecticut. (If you don't fulfill this requirement, please fill out the application anyway, and we may be able to accept your application through other scholarship partners.)

When will I know if my application has been accepted?

Applications are processed on a rolling basis. If you haven’t heard back from us within 10 business days of your submission, please contact us.

Are there any other restrictions for scholarship applicants?

There are only a limited number of low income scholarship registrations available; low income scholarship registrations are only for subscribers who are financially struggling and would otherwise be unable to subscribe; and low income scholarship registrations are only for individuals and family members of individuals affected by autism.

We reserve the right to make final decisions at any time, whether based on income, limiting or changing the number of scholarships available, or eliminating scholarship registrations altogether.
