This year’s Conference will be held at the beautiful Embassy Suites by Hilton Loveland - Hotel Spa, and Conference Center, in Loveland, Colorado. Hotel information, including transportation, facilities, and our discounted room reservation rate, can be found below.

Join conference attendees, fellow speakers, and professionals for a Saturday luncheon, catered exclusively for our group. Delicious and convenient lunch includes a salad bar with chef’s selection of protein and a baked potato bar (vegetarian, vegan, and gluten-free options available).

Private Speakers’ Dinner - Saturday, December 2, 5:00 p.m. - 7:00 p.m.
Join us for private cocktails and catered Tuscan dinner for conference speakers on Saturday, December 2, at 5:00 p.m. Meet & greet other conference speakers over dinner. Celebrate with us as we present the annual Lawrence P. Kaplan Award and Volunteer of the Year Award.

Loveland, Colorado
Loveland, located less than 45 minutes from Denver, Estes Park, and Boulder, is a community nestled in the foothills of Colorado’s Front Range. Visit Loveland’s official website for more information on attractions, entertainment, and access to Rocky Mountain National Park.
Transportation
The Embassy Suites Loveland is approximately a one-hour drive from both Denver International Airport and Cheyenne, WY, and a quick drive from anywhere else in the Northern Front Range. Complimentary self-parking is available on-site. The conference center is also served by City of Loveland Transportation (COLT) buses, taxis, and rideshare services like Uber and Lyft.
Dining
In addition to dining options available at the hotel, there are several bars, grills, and fast food options within a 15-minute walk of the conference center, and Downtown Loveland is a 20-minute drive away, featuring restaurants, breweries, and more.
