Elaine Hall is an internationally recognized thought-leader on autism and inclusion and is a pioneer in the use of the arts to enhance quality of life for individuals on the spectrum, creating original content and celebrating neurodiversity.  She is the founder of The Miracle Project, a fully inclusive theatre and film program, featured in the two-time Emmy winning HBO film, Autism: The Musical and she is co-founder of 1IN4 which is working in Hollywood to increase employment and authentic representation of neurodiverse and disabled people.  Elaine is credited as Consultant for the new Hollywood movie EZRA., for which she consulted on casting and also provided ongoing autism consultation. Elaine has been featured in The New York Times, The Wall Street Journal, the Boston Globe, and LA Times among others and has appeared on CNN, HBO, CBS News, Oprah Winfrey Network, and NPR. Most recently, she can be seen in the HBO film, Autism: The Sequel, as a life coach in the three-time Emmy Award winning Netflix show, Love on the Spectrum and in the critically acclaimed Amazon series, As We See It.  

Through Elaine’s evidence-based classes, workshops and trainings, individuals who are neurodiverse and/or disabled find their voice, talents, and gain a sense of belonging to a creative community.  Elaine has produced, directed, and co-written over 15 original musicals including Journey to Namuh a film created with and performed by a neurodiverse cast over the pandemic starring a non-speaking actor with a song composed by a non-speaking composer.  Her memoir, Now I See the Moon, was the official selection by the United Nations for World Autism Awareness Day 2011 and her text book, Seven Keys to Unlock Autism is used in universities across the globe including Brown University.  She is a consultant to and has been an invited presenter at the United Nations six times, including co-producing the 2019 event for World Autism Awareness Day that focused on non-speaking autistic people, which an esteemed representative from the UN said, “was groundbreaking even for the UN.”  

Elaine works as a technical advisor, script consultant, content developer, writer, actress, on-set coach, advocate, and Access Coordinator for TV and film. Her clients include CBS, Sony, HBO, OWN, Shondaland, NBC, Disney, Hulu, Netflix, Amazon Prime among others. Most recently she appeared in and was an on-set consultant to the Amazon Prime critically acclaimed series As We See It; and on the three time Emmy winning Netflix hit Love on the Spectrum. As an acting and life coach, she supports individuals on the spectrum in their careers in the entertainment and other fields so they can live out their dreams. Elaine who identifies as neurodivergent herself, has a son with autism who is non-speaking and together they are  committed to changing the way the world perceives ‘ability’.
