Yasmine White, MT-BC, is the CEO and Founder of Voices Together. She developed an innovative music therapy model that is a non-directive intervention for individuals who are neurodivergent and who have I/DD. Voices Together delivers the VOICSSⓇ model in classrooms across the state of North Carolina, positively impacting thousands of students each year. She is the author of “Autism and the Power of Music” a book offering a new approach to parents of autistic children and tools to help parents connect more fully with their children and help their children advocate for themselves.

Voices Together grew into a multi-million dollar non-profit organization by leveraging partnerships with national universities, foundations, and state and federal governments. Her research-based model has been deemed a best practice in the field by educators and administrators who have seen it in action and studied its impact on students.

She is an author and co-author of peer-reviewed articles published in academic journals and white papers in national publications as well as a frequent guest on national podcasts, radio and news segments. She has presented her proprietary model at regional, national, and international conferences.
